This study concerns the production of hydrogen from a mixture ethanol and water. The process was conducted in plasma generated by spark discharge. substrates were introduced liquid phase into reactor. gaseous products formed reactor hydrogen, carbon monoxide, dioxide, methane, acetylene, ethylene. Coke also produced. energy efficiency 27 mol(H2)/kWh, it 36% theoretical efficiency. high value obtained with relatively conversion (63%). In discharge, possible to conduct under conditions which reached 95%. However, this entailed higher consumption reduced 8.8 mol(H2)/kWh. Hydrogen increased increasing discharge power feed stream. concentration very all tested ranged 57.5 61.5%. means that is device can fuel cells, load fluctuate.
